What is a grounding circle?

​

Grounding circles are nervous system regulation workshops that take place online for 1 hour each week with Anna Laslett-Borja. 

 

Together we practice guided relaxation techniques to calm and restore your nervous system and reset from the stressors of day-to-day life, family or work.

Emotional Regulation & Calm

​

These events aim to provide weekly relief by fine-tuning and strengthening the nervous system to work at its best. This makes for better emotional regulation. 

​

Grounding circles are not therapy, but rather a weekly class that allows people to access techniques and support their nervous system to feel grounded, connected and calm. These are ideal for anyone already attending therapy who want to extend the healing process to support their physiology. 

​

Grounding circles are recommended for anyone looking for ways to reduce stress in their day. Our groups are friendly and easy-going. Our regular members care about their mental and physical health and use grounding circles to support their system against stress fluctuations.
